By using this website, you agree to these terms. The site describes independent agricultural expense-verification services and provides general educational material. Website content is not an audit conclusion, funding recommendation, legal advice, valuation, engineering opinion or agronomic advice.
An audit engagement begins only when Bundlepathbase and the commissioning client sign an engagement letter. That letter prevails over these website terms for the professional work it covers.
Permitted use
You may read, print and share links to the site for lawful internal or personal use. You may not misrepresent our content as a conclusion on a particular application, remove attribution, interfere with site operation, submit malicious material, or use contact channels to send another person’s confidential records without authority.
Intellectual property
The site design, original text, brand elements and downloadable materials belong to Bundlepathbase or their named licensors. No ownership transfers through site use. Limited quotation is permitted where South African law allows it and the source is acknowledged.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with content but agricultural prices, funding rules and professional requirements change. Verify current scheme terms and obtain advice suited to the application. We may correct, withdraw or reorganise pages without notice and do not promise uninterrupted access.
Enquiries and confidentiality
Submitting the contact form does not create an auditor-client relationship or reserve capacity. Do not send identity documents, bank data or full confidential files until secure transfer and scope arrangements have been agreed. We may decline an instruction because of conflict, competence, timing or independence requirements.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, Bundlepathbase is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising solely from use of general website information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence. Professional-service liability is addressed in the applicable engagement letter.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to any mandatory forum or agreed dispute clause, South African courts have jurisdiction.
