This review is appropriate when the funding file is substantially complete but one cost group—such as irrigation, fencing, tunnels, implements, feed or planting material—needs independent challenge.
We align supplier descriptions, normalise VAT and delivery assumptions, and compare capacities or quantities with the proposed farm scale. Material differences are explained in a concise memorandum rather than a full audit opinion.
